Oley Valley Fair

Almost 2 weeks ago we attended the Oley Valley Fair. We had a really good time doing all the things you do at the fair - looking at the animals (already posted that), looking at the exhibits (photography, art, quilts, flower arranging, etc...), sitting on big machines (boats, tractors, earth movers etc...) and eating lots of "fair food." We feasted on hamburgers, pulled pork barbeque, hotdogs with kraut, chili dogs, funnel cakes, fruit cups, french fries, milkshakes, cotton candy, and soda. Not all of us ate each thing but each thing was eaten by someone in the group! Here are some of the highlights of the night.

"Get in Papaw - I'm drivin!" And wouldn't Papaw love to see that Gator up at the cabin!

"Don't worry, there's enough for all of us."

We can all be drivers! Watch out world!

"We had our turn to drive - now can we all get a ride?" "Sure Mom, you can push"

"Sweet Treats" Yum yum yum. Mamaw opted for chocolate, the kids - cotton candy of course!

"Oh, I'm so full and so tired! Can I please hang out here under the table for awhile?"

It looks SO fun! Just you mentioning funnel cakes makes my mouth water. There is almost nothing better for your taste buds OR your arteries! These are the best kinds of memories for your cute kids. So glad they got to go with their Mamaw and Papaw. Can I please go next time? Love, AS
